Where do we source our products
Norway has one of the world’s largest research and development communities for seafood. The fish stocks are carefully monitored so that we can always ensure stocks are healthy. Each species has a maximum quota. The methods used for harvesting and catching fish are equally important, with regard to both fish health and the ecological system. We therefore carry out continuous development of our
harvesting methods. Norway takes a holistic approach to fisheries management, putting sustainability at
the heart of everything it does. The fishing industry in Norway is built on long-term thinking and responsibility. It is carefully managed through quotas and concessions to ensure a sustainable development. Our goal is to maintain a healthy eco-system and to ensure that future generations will have the same possibilities to benefit from the natural wonders of our seas.
