Our goal for Table of Norway is to gather people from different industries to discuss interesting and important topics while enjoying a nice Norwegian seafood dinner.
In this way we hope to identify and promote more sustainable food production methods and better ways of caring for nature.
Late May 2019 Table of Norway was held in Stavanger, Norway. 12 wonderful people gathered around the table to enjoy great seafood dishes and good conversations.
Three super nice guys offered their time and skills to prepare delicious seafood dishes for the guests. A very special thanks to Mikal O. Viga from Mikals Laks, Thomas Torstensen from Sterling White Halibut and Sigve Skretting for making this event memorable.
