This is what Figgjo thinks about the cooperation. Get to know some of the people behind the porcelain and check out the brand new hotel «The Buxton» in London, who ordered our beloved Figgjo 35-series.

Our new (and first!) distributor in China, Norway in a Box, recently hosted their special event "Table of Norway" in Shanghai. The purpose of the event is to get people to build networks in a simple and social setting. Serving safe, nutritious Norwegian food, this time on Figgjo porcelain.

Vechain, DNV GL, Norwegian Seafood Council, Fudan university and BI Shanghai have been some of the attendants at the events. Read more about Norway in a Box here if you are curious of what they do.

Table of Norway, this time in Stavanger

Table of Norway is a bimonthly event where we gather 12 people from different industries around a table, decorated in Norwegian style, to discuss a variety of interesting topics while enjoying original and sustainable seafood from Norway. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, like a traditional Norwegian family dinner, but the topics are valuable and important.

Our goal for Table of Norway is to gather people from different industries to discuss interesting and important topics while enjoying a nice Norwegian seafood dinner.

In this way we hope to identify and promote more sustainable food production methods and better ways of caring for nature.

Late May 2019 Table of Norway was held in Stavanger, Norway. 12 wonderful people gathered around the table to enjoy great seafood dishes and good conversations.

Three super nice guys offered their time and skills to prepare delicious seafood dishes for the guests. A very special thanks to Mikal O. Viga from Mikals Laks, Thomas Torstensen from Sterling White Halibut and Sigve Skretting for making this event memorable.

and is now offered in the online shop of Norway in a Box. The information from the NiB chain software is feed into the platform where the information is verified by DNV GL and secured with the latest blockchain technology.

We are happy to provide a solution that will help increase customer trust in Norwegian products sold in international markets. The distributed NiB chain solutions allows all participants of the supply chain to review and add to a products lifecycle — providing a unique possibility to tell a trustworthy story.

The NiB chain applications combine supplier and order management with a Blockchain backend and store relevant transactions when they happen. This provides authenticity for the story presented to end users that can easily access those stories using a unique QR code that is printed on each product.
